Batumi's Blue Sky Apart-Hotel sets new luxury and sustainability standards
Batumi's latest luxury development, Blue Sky Apart-Hotel, is set to redefine high-end stays in the city. Located on Heroes Alley, just a five-minute stroll from the beach, the project combines elegant design with modern comforts and stunning sea views. Backed by a 200 million GEL investment from LikeHouse Group, the apart-hotel aims to attract both local and international visitors.
The apart-hotel will feature 795 stylish, hotel-standard apartments tailored for mid- to high-end travellers. Guests will include families, business visitors, and tourists looking for premium accommodation. The location places them close to key attractions such as Batumi Stadium and Black Sea Mall.
Built with sustainability in mind, the development uses energy-efficient systems and high-quality materials. Around 150 professionals will staff the property, ensuring top-tier service. By 2026, the building will also house the Holiday Inn Resort, complete with a restaurant, terrace, swimming pool, and spa. Adjacent to the apart-hotel, the B Block will offer over 1,300 residential apartments. Future plans for this section include a casino and retail zones, further expanding the site's appeal.
Blue Sky Apart-Hotel raises the bar for luxury living and hospitality in Batumi. With its prime location, eco-friendly design, and extensive amenities, it is poised to become a landmark for travellers and residents alike. The project's completion will also bring new job opportunities and enhance the city's tourism infrastructure.
