The president of Germany's federal parliament (Bundestag) will be elected through secret ballot on Wednesday. - Bärbel Bas in Sylt video expresses her desire for increased civic bravery.

In a recently viral video made during Pentecost, a group of young people can be seen and heard chanting racist slogans to the beat of Gigi D'Agostino's well-known party track, "L'amour toujours," from over two decades ago. They sing songs like "Germany for the Germans - foreigners out!" with no hint of hesitation or shyness. One guy even does a gesture that resembles the famous Hitler salute. Strangely enough, nobody present seems to be disturbed by this display.
