Bamberg’s New Housing Booth Offers Quizzes and Expert Advice on Homelessness
An information booth on housing and homelessness will open in Bamberg on September 11, 2025. Organised by the city, International Bund (IB), and People in Need, the event aims to educate the public and tackle common misconceptions. Visitors can also take part in a short quiz to test their knowledge on the topic.
The booth will be set up at the Lower Bridge from 2 to 5 pm. Experts will be on hand to explain the causes of housing instability, which often stem from job loss, illness, or personal crises. They will also outline the support services available in Bamberg.
The initiative combines public education with actionable solutions. Landlords can sign up on the spot, while residents learn about local support. The quiz and expert discussions will run throughout the afternoon to keep the conversation going.
