ANKO Food Tech Opens European Experience Center in the Netherlands

In a significant move, ANKO Food Tech B.V., a leading company in food machinery and technology, has launched its European Experience Center in Ridderkerk, Netherlands. This new facility strengthens ANKO's existing three-continent network, extending its reach to Europe.

The European Experience Center, housed in a revitalized historic Dutch pastry and baking factory, is designed to empower local producers. According to Richard Ouyang, CEO of ANKO Group, this center allows food producers across Europe to test, customize, and implement automation with confidence.

The center, which covers an area of 1,550 m², is powered by 184 rooftop solar panels and boasts an EU A+++++ Energy Rating. This eco-friendly setup is a testament to ANKO's commitment to sustainable production.

The machines at the European Experience Center, despite being from Taiwan, have global applications. They offer food manufacturers the flexibility to switch between formats and fillings, making them suitable for a vast variety of filled foods from around the world.

These machines can handle an impressive range of foods. From Asian favorites such as soup dumplings (xiao long bao), spring rolls, shumai, barbecued buns, and mochis, to Middle Eastern & South Asian staples like kibbeh, falafel, sambusak, and samosas, the machines at the European Experience Center are versatile. They can also produce Latin American icons such as burritos, tortillas, and empanadas, and global snacks & desserts.

Key services offered at the European Experience Center include live equipment demonstrations, recipe testing, process consultation, local spare parts and after-sales support, operator training, and technical education. Vincent Tsai, the General Manager of ANKO Food Tech B.V., emphasized that these services are designed to help food producers optimize their operations and produce high-quality products consistently.

The historic structure of the European Experience Center has been preserved and retrofitted for clean production. This blend of tradition and modernity creates a unique and inspiring environment for food producers.

With one-quarter of ANKO's Taiwan-based team consisting of R&D engineers, the company stays aligned with customer needs and evolving food trends. This commitment to innovation ensures that the machines at the European Experience Center are always at the cutting edge of food technology.

The European Experience Center is not just a production facility, but a one-stop hub for food producers across Europe. It is a testament to ANKO's commitment to supporting the food industry and promoting sustainable, efficient, and innovative food production.
