A disturbing incident occurred on the RE 32 train from Bayreuth to Nuremberg on February 23, where a 62-year-old Jordanian train attendant was assaulted by a 34-year-old German man.
The aggressor, described as approximately 185-188 cm tall, heavyset, wearing white pants with colorful circles, a black jacket, a drawn-on black wavy beard, and black, chin-length hair (likely a wig). He was carrying a large black backpack with a gray strap. The man became upset when asked to show his ID and assaulted the train attendant.
The incident took place at Hersbruck station around 10:35 AM. The man grabbed the train attendant's smartphone and hit her in the head with it, causing her to suffer a scratch on her eyebrow and feel pain in her left eye, temple, and cheekbone. After the assault, the man calmly left the train at Hersbruck station.
