Authorities apprehended two alleged open exhibition enthusiasts
In a recent development, a 33-year-old individual was arrested by the Federal Police in Hanau on Friday afternoon. The arrest was due to the man acting suspiciously in the city centre.
According to a report transmitted via news aktuell from Police Headquarters Southeast Hesse, the incident occurred near Canal Gate Square, moving towards Brothers Grimm Street. The witness observed the man around 3:50 PM, and the arrest was preceded by a tip from this individual.
The suspect allegedly stopped at regular intervals, pulled down his pants, and manipulated his genitals. However, it's important to note that no children were present at the time near a playground where the suspect was briefly located.
