In the world of motorsport, the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) series is gearing up for an exciting new season, with the Red Bull Ring in Austria hosting the season opener in 2025.

Veteran racer Timo Glock is eager to return to the DTM and take on the challenges that lie ahead. The German driver acknowledges that it won't be an easy year for him, but he's ready for the race.

Glock's teammate, Lucas Auer, is currently leading his team in the DTM races. The Austrian driver expressed that the season has been good so far and every race counts. Auer, who won his only season race at the Red Bull Ring last year, is looking forward to defending his title at the season opener.

Another Austrian racer, Mirko Bortolotti, is hoping to get the best out of his car at the Red Bull Ring. Despite a tough year, Bortolotti won't give up and is aiming for a podium finish.

Team principal Gottfried Grasser, who grew up near the Red Bull Ring, is optimistic about his team's chances. Grasser, who is the team principal of TGI Team Lamborghini by GRT, believes that his team can finish at least one of the two races at the Red Bull Ring on the podium.

The Red Bull Ring, known for its challenging braking zones, offers a comprehensive supporting program for the DTM weekend 2025. The circuit will also host the final race of the season for the DTM championship.

In preparation for the season, some teams participated in track tests at the Red Bull Ring on Tuesday. The DTM series will also have tests at the Red Bull Ring ahead of the season.

Tickets for the DTM weekend 2025 at the Red Bull Ring are available at pre-sale prices, with discounts for children and free tickets for children in category 3.

Thomas Preining, who is currently fifteen points behind in the DTM standings, is also hoping for a strong performance at the Red Bull Ring. The Austrian driver believes that his team can finish on the podium and is determined to close the gap in the standings.

The DTM 2026 season will see teams competing at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, Circuit Zandvoort in the Netherlands, Lausitzring, Norisring, Motorsport Arena Oschersleben, Nürburgring, Sachsenring, and the season finale at Hockenheimring in Germany. The Lamborghinis for 2026 will be supplied to Grasser, ABT, and Paul teams, with the Landgraf Team, TGI Team Lamborghini by GRT, and ABT Sportsline excluded from the list.

As the DTM season approaches, fans are eagerly awaiting the action-packed races at the Red Bull Ring. With top-tier GT3 dream cars from Porsche, Mercedes, Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Ford, Aston Martin, BMW, and Audi, it's sure to be an unforgettable season.
