Misha Daha brings extensive experience in fund finance to Vedder Price. She has worked across several industry platforms, advising financing transactions for borrowers and lenders in the technology, energy, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Vedder Price, Daha spent the previous nine years at Ashurst LLP in New York.
Daha's expertise lies in syndicated and bilateral financing transactions, both domestically and on a cross-border basis. She has advised on various types of transactions, including direct lending, subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, and letter of credit facilities.
Vedder Price is known for its market-leading practices in global transportation finance, middle-market finance/M&A, executive compensation, employment class actions, investment services, and more.
