The Diablo Valley Quilters are set to host their biannual Quilt Show on September 21 and 22, at the Community Arts Center, located at 111 N. Wiget Lane. This much-anticipated event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days.

The Quilt Show will feature around 200 quilts created by members of the guild, showcasing the intricate craftsmanship and creativity of the local artisans. In addition to the quilts, several local artisans will also sell handmade products, providing visitors with a unique shopping experience.

Proceeds from the Quilt Show will support the Guild's outreach efforts, which include providing handmade quilts and pillowcases to children in local hospitals. This makes the event not only a celebration of artistic talent but also an opportunity for attendees to support a good cause.

The Quilt Show will be shared on various platforms, including Facebook, Pinterest, and Nextdoor, allowing a wider audience to learn about and participate in this community event.

While 925 News has recently published articles about the best Walnut Creek parks for fun and adventure, Walnut Creek's Street Fest, and five beautiful spots in the city, the Quilt Show is not directly related to these topics. However, it is another exciting event that adds to the vibrant cultural scene of Walnut Creek, California.

For those interested in attending, mark your calendars for September 21 and 22, and come witness the beauty and creativity of the Diablo Valley Quilters' Quilt Show.
