In the Primorsky Krai, a significant stride has been made in the education system, as noted by Anton Vološko, Chairman of the regional parliament. This progress is evident, according to Vološko, as a result of the efforts made at the federal level in recent years.

The focus in Primorye is not only on improving the material and technical base of schools but also on inspiring teachers. Vološko emphasized that the main factor in the success of the education system lies in the energy and dedication of teachers towards their students.

To this end, Primorye is working on improving the quality of education. This includes equipping schools with modern equipment, with 219 schools set to receive labor and safety cabinets this year, and art, music, and physics classes to be equipped next year. As of now, 63% of schools in the region boast modern educational spaces.

The regional government is also implementing a variety of support measures to enhance the social status of pedagogical workers. However, the exact nature of the assistance provided to young specialists and the best teachers, as well as the details of how these measures will be implemented, remain undisclosed.

The August Pedagogical Conference, which took place in Vladivostok, served as a platform for discussion and collaboration. The conference was organized under the motto "Sovereignty. Innovations. Career Guidance" and was attended by school and professional education organization leaders from all over the Primorsky Krai.

Governor Oleg Kozhemyako, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Anton Vološko, and Metropolitan Vladimir of Vladivostok and Primorye addressed the conference, stressing the importance of education in strengthening state sovereignty, including technologically.

Sergei Kravtsov, the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, delivered a welcoming speech to the teachers of Primorye at the conference. He did not, however, provide specific outcomes or benefits of the support measures being implemented in Primorye for teachers and students.

It is unclear whether the support measures in Primorye are new or existing ones, and no data or statistics on the impact of these measures on the education system, teachers' morale, or students were provided in the article. The article also does not discuss any opposition or criticism towards the support measures being implemented in Primorye for teachers.
