Announcements made at Bedell Cristin regarding advancements

Bedell Cristin, a leading offshore law firm, has made several significant changes to its team in Jersey. The firm has announced the appointment of Advocate Sonia Shah as a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, and the promotion of Kirsten Brass to Counsel in the International Private Client team.

Advocate Sonia Shah, who has been with the firm for almost ten years, has been recognised for her work in litigation and dispute resolution. She has been ranked by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 and has been involved in some of the longest-running and complex trusts disputes matters before the Jersey courts during her time in the jurisdiction.

Kirsten Brass, on the other hand, is based in the firm's London office and has been recognised for her work on international wealth structuring and estates by Legal 500 and eprivateclient. Her promotion to Counsel does not affect the leadership of the Jersey Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, which is now led by four partners, including Advocates Robert Gardner, Edward Drummond, and Robert Christie, following Ms. Shah's appointment.

The promotions don't stop there. Anna Snowden has been promoted to senior marketing and communications executive in the Jersey office, while Emma White has been promoted to senior finance administrator. Jordan Spencer has been appointed as senior client take-on administrator.

The group of promoted individuals also includes legal practice group members and business support team members. Each of them is described as talented, committed, and engaged.

Juliette Walton has been appointed as an associate in the Jersey International Private Client team. The promotions are expected to contribute to the growth of Bedell Cristin's business.
