In a significant turn of events, the Maratha community gathered for a protest and celebration in Manoj Jarange's Antarwali Sarati Village. The focus of the protest was the Maratha quota, a significant issue in the state that has been a subject of ongoing debate.

Meanwhile, AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan, who represents the Okhla constituency, has been making headlines. Khan, who is a member of the Maratha community, sent a letter to Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora on Wednesday, claiming his presence in his constituency, not as a fugitive on the run as allegedly portrayed by some.

In the letter, Khan vehemently denied the accusations and alleged that the Delhi Police is framing him in a false case. However, the specifics of the alleged false case have not been disclosed.

Interestingly, the search results do not contain information regarding whether a copy of the letter was sent to Commissioner Arora via email, claiming his presence in his constituency instead of as a fugitive on the run, as Khan claimed.

The Bombay High Court has also weighed in on the matter, criticizing the state for its inaction during the Maratha protest. The exact nature of the inaction criticized by the court has not been specified.

The celebration in Antarwali Sarati Village erupted as a result of the Maratha protest, marking a triumphant moment for the community.

However, it's important to note that Amanatullah Khan has consistently denied being on the run, asserting that he was in his constituency all along.

In a recent statement, Khan reiterated his stance, claiming that he was not evading authorities but was actively engaging in the affairs of his constituency.

Despite the ongoing controversy, the spirit of unity and determination among the Maratha community remains unwavering, as they continue to fight for their rights and demands.
