Allegiant Air Launches Direct Flights Between Pasco and Orange County

Allegiant Air has launched a new nonstop route linking Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) in Pasco, Washington, with John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County, California. The service began on February 12 and will run up to twice a week, offering travellers another direct option between the two regions.

The Las Vegas-based airline specialises in connecting smaller communities to popular leisure destinations. Its point-to-point model focuses on low base fares to encourage travel demand. This latest route marks Allegiant's second California destination from PSC, joining its existing service to Burbank.

Buck Taft, director of Tri-Cities Airport, noted that Orange County had been a frequently requested route. He added that the new service expands PSC's portfolio of affordable, convenient travel options for local passengers. Drew Wells, Allegiant's chief commercial officer, explained that the route reflects ongoing demand for budget-friendly, nonstop flights between smaller markets and holiday hotspots. The airline has operated at PSC for over two decades, steadily growing its network from the airport. The expansion aligns with Tri-Cities Airport's broader efforts to improve regional connectivity. Officials have been working to add more nonstop routes, catering to both business and leisure travellers in the area.

Flights between Pasco and Orange County are now available, with up to two weekly services. The route adds another direct link for travellers in eastern Washington seeking access to Southern California. Allegiant's continued growth at PSC provides more options for passengers looking for low-cost, nonstop travel.
