Alleged sexual assault resisted by Queen with her high heel according to sensational new book

In the 1960s, when Queen Camilla was approximately 16 or 17 years old, she found herself the victim of an unwanted advance on a train journey to Paddington. According to a new book, 'Power and the Palace: The Inside Story of the Monarchy and 10 Downing Street', the man sitting next to her made inappropriate advances.

Queen Camilla, then just a young woman, demonstrated remarkable courage and quick thinking. She defended herself by hitting the man with her high-heeled shoe, successfully halting his advances. Upon arrival at Paddington Station, she approached a uniformed police officer and reported the incident. The man was promptly arrested, as detailed in the book.

Years later, Queen Camilla shared this story with then-London Mayor Boris Johnson, who was reportedly his communications director, Guto Harri, recalled. This encounter is said to have inspired Johnson to launch two of the three rape crisis centres he opened.

The book further suggests that there are emails that indicate Prince Andrew stayed in contact with Jeffrey Epstein five years later than previously claimed.

Throughout her life, Queen Camilla has been a strong advocate for victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence. Her actions on that fateful train journey serve as a testament to her unwavering commitment to this cause.

Now 78 years old, Queen Camilla continues to use her platform to raise awareness and support for those affected by such incidents. The story of her bravery on the train to Paddington is being serialized in the Sunday Times.
