Afternoon Announcement: "Modern Assessment Method for Care Services"

The new concept of care dependency has been in effect since January 1, 2017. Care-dependent individuals are now categorized into care levels, and the lecture will offer insights into these classifications.
The care assessment process focuses on questions in six relevant areas of life, including mobility, cognitive and communicative abilities, behaviours and psychological problems, self-care, managing and dealing independently with illness- or therapy-related demands and burdens, and shaping everyday life and social contacts.
Interestingly, instead of counting minutes, points are now awarded in the care assessment process. The method of determining the total point score is not specified, but the lecture promises to clarify this and other aspects of the assessment.
Moreover, the lecture will also cover special considerations for assistive devices or care assistive devices.
