AEON Tân An Shopping Centre debuts as Tây Ninh's first major retail hub

AEON Tân An Shopping Centre officially opened in Tây Ninh Province on October 4. The new complex marks the eighth AEON Group mall in Việt Nam and the first in the region. Local leaders and Japanese officials attended the inauguration, highlighting its economic and cultural significance.

The project represents an investment of over VNĐ1 trillion (US$38 million). Designed as a 'Daily Community Park', it combines modern retail with natural elements, offering a fresh shopping experience. Around 30 brands operate inside, providing everything from daily essentials to leisure activities.

Located in Tây Ninh's new administrative centre, the mall sits near major transport links. This positioning aims to boost accessibility for both residents and visitors. The development is expected to generate roughly 1,000 jobs, supporting local employment and economic growth. At the opening, Nguyễn Văn Út, chairman of the provincial People's Committee, called the centre a symbol of progress for Tây Ninh. Tezuka Daisuke, an executive officer of AEON Group, reaffirmed the company's commitment to Việt Nam as a key market. Ono Masuo, Japan's Consul General in HCM City, expressed hope that the mall would strengthen cultural ties and local appreciation for Japan.

AEON Tân An now stands as the province's first major shopping hub under the AEON brand. Its launch aligns with broader efforts to stimulate regional development and employment. The centre's unique design and strategic location aim to serve as a long-term asset for both the community and investors.
