Adecco GroupReleases 6 Billion Yen in Notes
The Adecco Group AG, a Swiss-based HR solutions company and a Fortune Global 500 company, has announced the successful issuance of JPY 6 billion (approximately EUR 46 million) of 15-year notes. This move is part of the company's Euro Medium-Term Note Programme.
The notes, which have a coupon of 1.05% per annum, were issued by Adecco's Financial Services (North America), LLC, and are guaranteed by the Adecco Group AG. The settlement date for these notes was 3 October 2018, and the maturity date is 3 October 2033.
The proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes. The Adecco Group, which operates in 60 countries with more than 34,000 employees, serves over 100,000 organizations with talent, HR services, and cutting-edge technology.
Standard & Poor's (S&P) upgraded the Adecco Group from BBB+ in October 2018, reflecting the company's strong business position and financial flexibility. Moody's has also rated the Adecco Group AG as Baa1 stable.
