Achievement: Third purchase in the UK by Apleona

In a significant move, Apleona, a leading facility management company, has announced the acquisition of Corrigenda, a technical facility management provider based in Fareham, South East England. This marks Apleona's third acquisition in the UK.

Founded in the year 2000, Corrigenda specializes in providing services to the public sector, education, and local authorities. With approximately 200 employees, the company offers a wide range of technical services, including energy management, maintenance, and installation services for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Roger Letsch, the founder of Corrigenda, has overseen the growth of the company since its inception. The acquisition by Apleona is expected to further strengthen Corrigenda's position in the market and provide opportunities for growth and development.

Prior to the acquisition of Corrigenda, Apleona had participated in Combined Technical Solutions (CTS) in London and Manchester in September 2022. This acquisition is part of Apleona's strategy to expand its European platform through complementary acquisitions like Corrigenda in the UK, Ireland, and other countries.

Apleona also acquired JCW Group Limited (JCW) in Royston a year later, further consolidating its presence in the UK market. The acquisitions of both Corrigenda and JCW are expected to contribute to Apleona's growth and development in the UK and beyond.

The acquisition of Corrigenda took place on August 1st, 2023. As Apleona continues to grow, it is expected to make more strategic acquisitions to consolidate its position as a leading facility management company in Europe.
