Accident reported in the Eifel region: a motorcyclist loses control and crashes in a curve

A 43-year-old woman from Simmerath was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on Saturday evening. The incident occurred on the B266 between Einruhr and Kesternich, approximately midway between Simmerath and Aachen.
According to the Aachen Police, transmitted via news aktuell, the woman lost control of her motorcycle in a left curve, resulting in her veering off the road and falling. The exact time of the accident was around 8 PM.
The woman was transported to a hospital via rescue helicopter, and her condition was initially critical. However, it has since improved, and she has been discharged from the hospital. The location of the hospital where she was taken remains unknown.
