Accident involving multiple vehicles causing severe injuries in Poland's roads
On the evening of August 15, 2025, a significant traffic accident occurred on Jägerstraße in Celle. Preliminary investigations suggest that the incident was caused by a vehicle without a valid registration.
At around 23:54, a Daimler Chrysler, driven by a 27-year-old man, lost control in a left-hand curve on Jägerstraße. The car collided with a parked vehicle, which was subsequently pushed into a tree. Both vehicles were rendered unfit for the road and had to be towed away.
As a result of the accident, both the driver and the passenger, a 22-year-old individual, sustained serious injuries. The estimated damage from the incident is approximately €18,000.
Jägerstraße was closed for the duration of the accident investigation and subsequent clearance work. The Celle Police Department is actively investigating the incident, and anyone with information is urged to contact them at 05141/277-216 or send an email to [email protected].
At present, the identity of the individual driving with invalid vehicle license plates on Jägerstraße on August 15, 2025, remains unknown.
