Aiming for 15,000 - A second-tier team seeks to surpass the current fan record.

FCM's mission is called 15,000 and this would again be a club record. Sports director Otmar Schork (66) beams as he says, "The reputation of FCM has grown tremendously, the interest from other sources is immense. We've expanded our viewership to more than 25,000, breaking a record."

Almost 30,000 spectators can fit into the stadium for home games. With their audience as a guarantee, the club is also preparing for the new season, aiming to surpass its previous season's record of 14,390 season tickets.

Positively, ticket prices for full-paying fans range from 228 to 544 euros and remain static. Schork remarks, "It's been an extraordinary exception here in the last three years. Our fans appreciate this."

The FCM kickstarts its almost seven-week second league preparation on June 17. In the middle of it, a nine-day training camp in the Bavarian Bad Wörishofen is scheduled from July 3 to 12. Also, two of the seven test games will take place in Allgäu.
