On Thursday morning, June 25, 2025, a 42-year-old man caused disturbances on a regional express train to Kassel and at Halle main station. The series of incidents began early in the morning when the man, without a valid ticket, used an S-Bahn from Halle-Nietleben to Halle (Saale) station at 06:09.
