A gathering that shifted everything significantly.
Last Saturday, the picturesque village of Schönefeld was the setting for a heartwarming wedding ceremony. Ulrike-Julie Lehnhardt, a former nursing specialist at the CURA-Seniorencentrum Pasewalk, and Felix Lehnhardt, a salesman at the export company Wüstenberg in Dedelow, exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony.
Ulrike-Julie and Felix have known each other for many years, but it was only six years ago that they reconnected unexpectedly and became inseparable. The couple's bond deepened through their shared involvement in the church community, although they later went their separate ways.
The wedding ceremony was conducted by Diplom-Theologe Rainer Krause, a friend of the family, and not by Ulrike-Julie's father, Thomas Dietz. Max and Kathrin, the siblings of the couple, led the prayers, and Felix's son Oskar (13), from a previous relationship, also participated.
The celebration after the ceremony took place in the barn of the local Labyrinth Park in Malchow. Many residents attended the afternoon service due to the wedding, and the Malchower Festsaal with the adjacent park provided the ideal setting for the celebration. The rooms can also be rented by non-church members.
The catering was provided by "Haus an der Schleuse" in Torgelow, and Anna Böltner, Sandra Knoth, the family Kostrzewa from Stettin, and Dorte and Carsten Larsen from Kalvehave/Denmark were responsible for the musical framework. DJ Lücki (Andreas Lück) ensured the festivities continued with lively music.
Felix had to lead a sales talk as a gag and drive to his beloved on a tread-tractor, adding a unique touch to the special day. The celebration concluded in the barn of the Labyrinth Park, marking the beginning of a new journey for Ulrike-Julie and Felix.
Ulrike-Julie is set to start a new job at the AMEOS Clinic due to her move to Murchin near Anklam. We wish the happy couple a lifetime of love and happiness as they embark on this new chapter together.
