Farmer sells entire gas and diesel vehicle fleet after six months to acquire a Tesla Cybertruck, now expresses regrets following troublesome experience

A farmer who owns a Tesla Cybertruck declared that they sold off all their gas and diesel vehicles six months prior, opting for the Cybertruck for their farm operations. However, they lamented that the switch has been problematic since then.

In the United States, Edward Daly, a 150-pound, 100% disabled veteran with a messed-up back, has been grappling with issues since purchasing a Tesla Cybertruck in February 2025. Edward, a Florida resident, has held on to the vehicle for six months despite facing problems nearly every month, requiring numerous trips to Tesla for repairs.

Edward shared his story on the Tesla Cybertruck group on Facebook, detailing his struggles with the vehicle. Recently, Tesla advised him not to use any air suspension features, claiming it's the "fix." However, the issues persist as the air suspension continues to leak and overheat regularly.

The main issue Edward is dealing with is the Cybertruck's air suspension, which has caused a series of problems. He has experienced high-voltage battery warnings and broken the driver's seat, both incidents happening twice. Edward has documented all issues with videos and supporting materials, including footage showing severe vibrations while driving the Cybertruck, which Tesla claims are within specifications.

Despite the numerous problems and Edward's request, Tesla has denied his request to buy back his Cybertruck. A fellow Cybertruck owner, Da Neil, suggests uploading a video of the suspension malfunctioning and using the air suspension on a new truck under warranty. Edward plans to take antagonistic measures due to Tesla's refusal to buy back his Cybertruck.

In a bid to resolve the issue, Tesla offered to replace the $85 covers for Edward's Cybertruck. However, the service team's claims that the air suspension issues are fixed have proven to be temporary, as the problems return a few days later. Edward's Cybertruck is now listed for sale, with the expectation that affluent buyers will pay in cash.

Initially, Edward sold all his diesel and gasoline vehicles to rely solely on the Cybertruck for his farming needs. However, the ongoing issues with the vehicle have left him frustrated and seeking a resolution. Edward finds it hard to believe that he is causing the truck's issues and hopes for a satisfactory outcome.
