Violent argument in North Rhine-Westphalia - Employee fatally stabs co-worker.
In the afternoon at 1:19 PM, a horrific brawl between several temporary workers erupted at a residential building located on Weezer Street in Goch (Kleve district). Fistfights and hurled insults quickly turned lethal as the men resorted to stabbing one another with a knife or a similar weapon. Sadly, one of the victims succumbed to his injuries on the spot, despite the efforts of emergency doctors.
The other man (34) was grievously injured with wounds in his abdomen and immediately rushed to the hospital for life-saving surgery. While the doctors battled to keep him alive, the police frantically searched for the assailant.
In a news release, Police Spokeswoman Anna Stammen reported, "We apprehended a suspect shortly afterward." The 27-year-old man was taken into custody.
