Dan Bilzerian Arrested at LAX for Carrying Bomb-Making Equipment

Dan Bilzerian was taken into custody upon reaching Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on a Tuesday due to allegations claiming that he held the components needed to construct an explosive or incendiary gadget. These charges were a result of an inquiry initiated in early November in Clark County, Nevada, where Las Vegas is situated.

As per news reports, the probe into Bilzerian potentially commenced as far back as November 4, when investigators discovered a debris site in a remote desert area after an explosion had occurred.

By November 13, they had seized a warrant for Bilzerian's apprehension, even though this warrant was kept unavailable until this week, most likely in order to keep the inquiry going without alerting him.

Essential Materials for Incendiary Compound

Bilzerian and another person, Jeremy Guymon, were both taken into custody and are charged with the same felony infringement, which can bring about a punishment of up to six years in penitentiary.

Based on a report by TMZ, the legal indictment against Bilzerian declared that he had ammonium, aluminum powder, and an ammonium nitrate mix. These materials could potentially fuse together to create an incendiary compound. There have been conjectures that Bilzerian could potentially be producing a homemade incendiary device such as Tannerite, a product applied to make targets that will explode when struck.

It's straightforward to envision how Bilzerian could have employed such a substance. Donning the title of "the King of Instagram," Bilzerian is a person who frequently displays on social media a lifestyle brimming with big firearms, appealing women, quick automobiles, and private aircraft. He furthermore has an army career, and has shared an account of how he was training to grow into a Navy SEAL prior to failing to complete the program. In one of his more daring moments, he even recorded a clip of himself traveling over a BMW in a tank.

Despite first being detained without bail, Bilzerian had been discharged from prison by Wednesday afternoon. Attorney David Chesnoff (who is representing Paul Phua in his Las Vegas trial), has revealed plans to scrutinize the allegations against his client.

“We’re eager about having this issue sorted in court,” Chesnoff has stated.

Following their release, the charges against Bilzerian and Guymon were eradicated in California, even so, the two are still expected to face an arraignment in Nevada in January.

Inherited Millionaire-cum-Poker Player

Bilzerian is a trust fund heir of corporate takeover expert Paul Bilzerian, who was condemned on charges of violating securities and tax statutes in the 1980s. In the field of gambling, Bilzerian is famed for his poker performance: he arrived at 180th position in the 2009 World Series of Poker Main Event, earning $36,626, and has participated in several underground poker games that have gripped celebrities and athletes.

Bilzerian: Acting the Role

Described by some as self-indulgent and egocentric, Bilzerian is additionally an actor (insert "poor actor" jokes here, people), with roles in The Equalizer and The Other Woman, along with acting as an action figure in Olympus Has Fallen.

Nevertheless, that profession has also been the root of specific legal contention: Bilzerian took legal action against the Lone Survivor producers in 2014, asserting that he loaned one million dollars to the production in exchange for a guaranteed part that was substantially decreased in the movie (see: "poor actor").

That wasn't the end of Bilzerian's legal impasses for 2014, though. In May, he was sued by porn actress Janice Griffith after she sustained injuries when he threw her off a rooftop for a Hustler magazine photo session. Then in August, he was yet again implicated for harming a woman, this time kicking a woman in the head during a disputed incidence at a Miami nightclub.
