BILD-frei gegeben: This news has been exclusively obtained by BILD. - "Court Determines 'Ausländer-raus' Not a Criminal Act"

The shouting of the phrase "Foreigners out" alone doesn't constitute incitement to hatred, according to the public prosecutor's office. Consequently, the investigation into the carnival parade in Landsberg am Lech has been terminated.

A well-known Gigi D'Agostino hit keeps repeating "Germany for Germans, foreigners out."

Nevertheless, such conditions don't exist in the Landsberg instance, as established by the investigations. Ostermeier: "The procedure was terminated since the offense wasn't committed in this particular instance."

The board of the Hohenfurch Youth Association, Moritz Taufratshofer (22), had previously denied any anti-foreigner sentiments among his members after the Nazi event.

"We Won't Perform that Song Again"

Nonetheless, he didn't completely deny the chance that one of his members in blue overalls, red pullover, and yellow cap could have sung the racist tune to the "L'amour tourjours" melody. "During such a parade, alcohol is definitely involved as well, so it's possible they might have had a lapse in judgment."

More carnival events were canceled and the DJ title was removed from the playlist after the video surfaced. Taufratshofer: "There's no way we'll play it again!"
