Engine Company BAB81 - Competitors race along the Swiss highway
Two vehicles, a Porsche and a BMW, were spiritedly racing towards Engen and later Geisingen, with both drivers ruthlessly speeding up on multiple occasions to pass each other and other road users dangerously on the right side and hard shoulder. They even paused at the same level before revving up their engines again. The police managed to intercept the speeding pair as they attempted to return to Switzerland. Authorities immediately seized their licenses and phones at the scene.
