A woman was detained on Sunday for cutting a man in the parking area of Montana's High Tide Casino.

32-year-old Delanie Laforge was apprehended and charged with inflicting damage with a weapon, drunk driving, and possessing drug-related items, as per a Facebook update by the Billings Police Department. She was taken into custody at Yellowstone County Detention Facility.

The victim was brought to Billings Hospital to receive treatment for his injuries. Law enforcement stated that these were non-fatal.

At approximately 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, the man was stabbed inside the parking lot of the Montana casino. He proceeded to the small gaming establishment and alerted an employee about his injuries.

He further indicated the suspect's description and the vehicle's details. Authorities traced the suspect shortly afterward to a nearby Econo Lodge motel.

Two more people were also taken into custody, but their charges remain uncertain.

The motive behind the assault is not disclosed by the authorities.

Law enforcement watched CCTV footage of the assault prior to making the arrest.

Seizing Over $200K in a Gaming Raid

A gambling raid in Kettering, Ohio resulted in the seizure of over $200k and various gaming machines on Thursday.

Raids were carried out at a Kettering internet cafe and a West Carrollton, Ohio home.

An unnamed suspect was arrested and charged with operating an illegal gambling venue, posession of illegal tools, and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, stated Ohio TV station WDTN.

The searches took place following an investigation by the Kettering Police Department where undercover officers gambled at the site.

The inquiry was initiated after suspicions of illicit gambling and money laundering at these locations.

The operation lasted six months before the raids commenced.

Florida Convenience Store Targeted in Gaming Raid

The 207 Express convenience store in Hastings, Fla. was raided on Friday due to alleged illegal gambling.

Authorities from the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office inspected the Florida store for any indications of gambling-related activities and evidence related to narcotics, as per Jacksonville, Fla. TV station WJXT.

The specifics of any illegal items discovered during the search are unclear.

The store reopened after law enforcement concluded their search.

There have been no reports of any arrests made after the search.

"Though the search warrant was fairly focused on the narcotics and gambling aspect of this location, it's no surprise that especially the narcotics segment of this goes hand in hand with violence," remarked WJXT analyst Tom Hackney, a former law enforcement officer.
