Collision occurs - Carriage with a horse overturns, severely injuring its driver
In Steinhausen an der Rottum, a carriage flipped over on a gravel road. The 57-year-old driver was tossed out and badly hurt, as the authorities shared on Thursday. Following the mishap, the horse and the toppled carriage proceeded forward and crashed into an agricultural mower after roughly 100 meters.
Emergency responders airlifted the man to a medical facility. As per police officials, no injuries were reported to the horse. The investigation into the accident, which took place on Wednesday in the Biberach region, is currently ongoing.
