He took part in three DFB matches. - Brothers Kroos predict upcoming European Championship sensation

The latest addition to the European Championship squad has been revealed by the Kroos brothers in their podcast. Felix Kroos announced his dear friend, Robert Andrich of Bayer Leverkusen, as the newest participant in the tournament. This news comes after numerous European Championship participants were announced piece by piece over the past few days.

Felix Kroos expressed his happiness about being able to make this announcement, particularly with Rob present. The two have a well-known bond and have discussed this possibility before. However, Toni Kroos, who is also a European Championship star, has not yet been nominated. The 2014 World Champion jokingly remarked, "Maybe I'll introduce the one who took my place at the end."

Andrich, a Leverkusen player, has only made three international appearances thus far. He made his debut in a 2-0 match against Austria in November 2023 and has been a starter in two out of his three appearances. Following his third call-up, Andrich couldn't contain his excitement and admitted, "I was super happy. Even though I've already been there twice and had a few conversations with him, you still have palpitations and stutter a bit on the phone. I'm more relaxed and better when I'm face to face. But it's an awesome moment."

A total of eleven players have been selected for the European Championship in Germany (June 14 to July 14). The final squad, potentially consisting of 26 or 27 players, will be announced by coach Julian Nagelsmann on Thursday (1pm) in Berlin.
