Uh oh, just before the European Championship, there's a worry!
After playing for only 34 minutes, the midfielder had to make an exit. Reports say his ankle was giving him trouble. He received on-the-spot treatment that lasted about two minutes. Interestingly enough, Pavlovic managed to walk off the field without any assistance from the coaches.
His spot was then filled by Lovro Zvonarek.
Pavlovic happens to be in Julian Nagelsmann's preliminary European Championship team.
