Personal life - Bayern experiences a baby surge.
Two athletes from Bayern Munich have become dads this year. Additionally, one star has recently revealed that he'll soon be a father again.
Exciting times for Bayern players
Defensive midfielder Eric Dier (30) and his partner Anna welcomed their first child in late January. This event coincided with Dier's transfer to Bayern during a challenging period.
A few weeks later, the little one made a debut at the Allianz Arena, being present during Bayern's 3-1 victory over Gladbach. Anna, a South African model, documented this moment on Instagram. Since then, Anna has been bringing the baby to the stadium.
In mid-March, team captain Manuel Neuer (38) experienced fatherhood for the first time as well. His wife Anika (23) delivered their firstborn. Neuer, who's on his second marriage, divorced his first spouse, Nina Neuer (29), in 2020. He and Anika secretly tied the knot at Lake Tegernsee in 2023. Now, Neuer's life is filled with bliss, thanks to his son Luca, who's two months old. The baby was also present at the clandestine end-of-season party at a fancy restaurant in Munich.
There's more exciting news for Bayern players. Kingsley Coman (27) is about to become a father again. Sabrina, Coman's girlfriend, is pregnant, making the wing star a dad a second time after their daughter (2).
Coman will now be a father of four, sharing this record with Joshua Kimmich (29), who also has four children. Coman's twin children, Leyana and Kaylee, were born from a previous relationship.
Lots of personal joy among Bayern's stars! They must translate this excitement onto the field next season!
