Competition for HBL license. - Attorneys Propounded in HSV Court Case
The Next Week Decides HSV Hamburg's Fate in the Handball Bundesliga!
Following the last home game this season on May 29 at 7 pm against ThSV Eisenach, the battle for survival in the Liqui Moly Handball Bundesliga will take place on May 30.
A three-person tribunal led by Judge Christof Wieschemann (61) will determine in Hanover whether HSV Hamburg will be granted a license for the 2024/25 season.
HSV has selected sports law expert Prof. Dr. Rainer Tarek Cherkeh (55) as the referee, while the league (HBL) has chosen former professional handball player and lawyer Michael Kintrup (35).
