Hamburger Bierdiebstahl - Armed robber targets supermarket due to thirst.
At around 9:35 am, in the Hamburg area of Altona, a pair of thieves targeted a supermarket on September 23, 2023. While there, they stole a few beer bottles before making their escape, unpaid. But they were stopped by two employees, which didn't sit well with the man with the beard. He whipped out a gun and threatened the employees. With their loot in hand, the robbers made their getaway.
A call to the police followed, but they initially failed to apprehend the beer-stealing duo. However, after some time, the accomplice (39 years old) was identified. He was brought in, questioned, and then let go as there wasn't enough evidence to hold him.
Now, police are hunting for the gun-wielding robber. They're looking for someone around 30 to 40 years of age, 1.85 meters in height, athletically built, and sporting a beard.
On the day of the crime, the perp was clad in a dark training jacket with eye-catching accents, red pants, dark running shoes, and a dark cap.
