XXL uproar resurfaces at 1860 once again. - Are the recent additions expected to be delivered promptly?
Munich's TSV 1860 team is set to play in the third division for the seventh consecutive year. The previous season was a major disappointment as they finished in the 14th place and experienced 17 losses. To make matters worse, Fynn Lakenmacher will be leaving the team to join Darmstadt, a relegated first division team. Furthermore, 14 other contracts are coming to an end, with no signs of extension.
The usual routine of improving after a shake-up and adding new players applies to TSV 1860. However, this year the team's sports boss, Dr. Christian Werner, is taking the transfer market by storm. In comparison to last year when only three new players joined before the start of the season, this time around, many more changes are expected. The last player to join after the new season started was Joël Zwarts on August 8.
