Constance County - Apartment building experiences fire due to lightning strike
An apartment building went up in flames in Radolfzell, which is part of Constance, due to a lightning strike. When emergency services showed up on Friday afternoon, there were visible fires in the roof region, with rain pouring heavily. The building was then cleared out, and the occupants were transferred to a school for temporary lodging. The fire was successfully put out, and the wooden roof structure was opened to detect any remaining embers. Once everything was wrapped up, the residents were permitted back into their units. Thankfully, no one was injured during this ordeal. The extent of the damage was yet to be determined.
