Obstructions in the hallways. - Anti-Israel protesters invade University of Amsterdam.
At a university campus in the capital, Palestine activists displayed an aggressive behavior, targeting journalists on-site. The Telegraaf reports that these young protestors voices their disapproval by shouting "Media out, media out" and attempting to cover cameras with their hands.
These anti-Israel groups built barricades using tables, chairs, and plants, seemingly in an effort to block the police from forcibly removing them. Windows of the building were also marred with red paint during the confrontation.
Oddly enough, some of these protestors also hurled hateful slogans such as "Viva, viva Intifada". The term "Intifada" embodies the wave-like Palestinian attacks against Israelis.
Similar protests involving Palestinians took place at other Dutch cities, such as Maastricht, Nijmegen, and Eindhoven. In certain areas, activists even put up tents outside universities.
