Now it's official: Jonathan Tah (28) from Leverkusen will also participate in the home tournament from June 14th to July 14th!
The DFB shared the news on their social media platforms, along with goalkeeper and influencer Rashid Hamid.
The DFB's newer approach involves various entities like the association, media, celebrities, influencers, and supporters announcing the European Championship players over the coming days. They'll release four names daily.
The goal behind this strategy is to create an active role for fans and demonstrate that the DFB is the team representing Germany. Additionally, it heightens the excitement for the Euro cup and anticipation of the DFB games.
Nagelsmann's final squad announcement is scheduled for Thursday in Berlin.
