The culprit escaped. - A teenage ballerina aged 15 met with tragedy while water skiing.

Last Saturday, at Miami Beach, Ella underwent a horrific incident: she was being dragged across the Atlantic, water skiing, chasing a boat. Unexpectedly, she fell into the water. While she waited to be retrieved, her path crossed with another boat.

Although she had a life jacket on, her injuries were beyond repair. Tragically, she lost her life. Reports state that there was a considerable amount of blood in the water. The shocking development: the offender just vanished after the fateful crash!

Following the unfortunate event, authorities and Ella's family announced a reward of $20,000 (≈18,500 euros) for any information that could lead to the arrest of the driver who caused her death. According to Forbes and other sources, investigators have been able to locate a boat linked to the case. The owner, yet unidentified, is assisting police in their inquiries. However, the person has not been arrested yet.

Ella was the granddaughter of the US Ambassador to Belgium, Michael M. Adler, and the great-granddaughter of Holocaust survivors. A dance enthusiast, Ella charmed thousands with her presence in over 100 performances done for the Miami City Ballet.

The loss was overwhelming for her relatives. "We're deeply saddened to bid farewell to our dear niece Ella," penned her aunt on Facebook. "She always brought joy, laughter, and affection into our lives. Ella Bella, I love you."

"Torn away from us too soon," lamented her father, Matthew, in a letter read out at a memorial service on Monday, as reported by the Miami Herald. "But you'll always be with us, and your friends and family will preserve your vibrance and essence forever."

Ella is survived by her parents and two siblings, Jaden and Adalynn.

The fatal accident occurred in Biscayne Bay
