This upcoming Saturday evening (20.30), Bochum will clash with Fortuna in the first leg of the relegation play-offs. The defender was benched for the game against Bremen last Saturday due to his suspension after receiving a red card.
The DFB sports court had initially ruled that Passlack should be suspended for two games due to his emergency brake against Leverkusen. But Bochum successfully appealed the decision, saving their skin.
However, Butscher will be without midfielder Erhan Masovic (ill) at short notice. He will have to manage without long-term injuries to Mohammed Tolba, Moritz-Broni Kwarteng, Philipp Förster, and Michael Esser against Fortuna.
