Four years in jail! - A mother allegedly engaged in the sale of child pornography to her 5-year-old daughter for a sum of 150 euros.

A mom had confessed earlier, saving her daughter from having to testify in court.

Appalling Photos Bought in Berlin for Cash

A woman named Iris S. got around 150 euros from a Berlin acquaintance for a video and five images. However, the court believes there were more image files. Iris S. was distraught as a probe was ongoing against the Berlin guy. The child pornography materials were found in his place.

The images showed the daughter in diapers, while the video captured her urinating while partially dressed. In court, the lady stated that she unintentionally entered the situation. She met the Berliner through a social media platform. The Berliner also knew about her three kids.

As her financial issues mounted, she sought financial assistance from the acquaintance. Initially, he aided without asking for anything in return. Then, he demanded pictures of her daughter. If she refused, he threatened to expose her living conditions to the child welfare service. She was said to have been worried about losing her children, having had previous interactions with the service.

Now, she has accomplished this by her actions. Her eight-year-old daughter and her son are said to be in a care facility. Her eldest daughter has been living with her father for some time.

The presiding judge mentioned that the child, by all accounts, didn't seem to have any psychological harm due to her mother's actions. The verdict hasn't become legally binding yet.
