Early morning at around 8:15, authorities received reports of an aggressive man at the Pasing train station. A 36-year-old Ukrainian man quickly turned heated towards two employees of Deutsche Bahn in a fast food joint with a religious touch. He raised his voice at them and struck a 30-year-old Turkish woman on the shoulder before sitting right next to her. When the employees of Deutsche Bahn tried to exit the situation, the Ukrainian gentleman started a physical altercation with a 54-year-old Iraqi male. He hit him on the back, then gave him a fist in the face, and ultimately threw him. The man lost multiple teeth, one of which was completely dislodged.

The two victims fled to a nearby DB employee room. The aggressive Ukrainian man threatened their lives. As soon as he noticed the incoming Federal Police, he fled. Temporarily, he was arrested on a street next to the train station. The man entered the country in 1994 displayed extreme aggression towards the Federal Police as well. During the transfer to the duty room and the holding cells at the main station in Munich, he posed resistance and injured a police officer in the arm. However, the officer was still operational.

Following discussions with the Munich I Public Prosecutor's Office, a blood draw and presentation to the detention test were ordered for Tuesday, May 28. The man living in Taufkirchen near Munich verbally abused and threatened all the involved police officers throughout the police action. The Federal Police is probing the man for assault and resistance against law enforcers, as well as causing physical harm and property damage, along with insults and threats. An alcohol breath test showed a level of 3.8 per 1,000 for the Ukrainian man. Given his behavior, mood swings, and statements, it is suspected he had consumed drugs.
