A Look at Vegas Restaurants: Zero Bond at Wynn, Allegiant's F1 Meal, Carla's Plans Revealed

Zero Bond, a food-focused private club in Manhattan, is expanding to Wynn Las Vegas in 2025. The luxurious club offers a perfect setting for various occasions, from casual lunches to important meetings and romantic dates. Their website states, "Whether you're meeting a friend for lunch or a drink, hosting a meeting with an investor, or going on a date, Zero Bond will have everything you need." The membership fees are set at $5K, with 5K people waiting to join. Elon Musk hosted a party there in 2021.

The upcoming F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix will feature a culinary event at Allegiant Stadium, the "Culinary Kickoff Grand Prix." This event will consist of 15 food stations prepared by well-known chefs, including Aaron May from Food Network, James Beard Award winner Todd English, Rick Moonen known for his sustainable seafood, NFL running back Emmitt Smith turned restaurateur, and Thomas Bellec from Bricoleur Vineyards. The Culinary Kickoff Grand Prix is on Thursday, November 16 from 7 to 11 p.m. Tickets, priced at $1,250, are available online.

Carla Pellegrino has unexpectedly left both Limoncello Fresh Kitchen, where she joined as chef and partner earlier this year, and Las Vegas. The "Top Chef" star and "Throwdown with Bobby Flay" winner released a mysterious statement, saying only that she's "preparing to take on what will be an exciting new dining concept" that will require her "full attention" and a move.

Fuku, a popular restaurant from renowned chef David Chang of Momofuku, now offers concessions at T-Mobile Arena. Fuku has been operating there since April but was formally announced last week.

SC Prime, once a long-standing steakhouse at Suncoast's off-Strip, has closed and will be replaced by William B's Steakhouse in the former Salvatore's Italian Restaurant location. William B's is part of a Boyd Gaming chain known for its founder, William Boyd.

Fuzzy's Taco Shop, a popular Southwest chain that began 20 years ago in Fort Worth, has signed a development deal to bring 20 outlets to Nevada. Fuzzy's is famous for its Baja-style tacos and is currently searching for its first location in Las Vegas.

Carla Pellegrino, a former “Top Chef” contestant whose resume includes Rao’s at Caesars Palace, Bacio at the Tropicana, and Meatball Spot at Town Square, has left Las Vegas.
