The subject of focus is Herne. - A 24-year-old man robbed and injured someone.
At about 11:45 PM, a young man was walking in the area of Berliner Straße/Heidstraße when two unknown assailants unexpectedly attacked him. From the available information so far, they kicked him in the back and hit him several times. Despite the man from Herne falling to the ground, the attackers continued kicking him. They made off with his fan scarf and escaped towards the train station.
The 24-year-old victim received treatment at the hospital for minor injuries. Bystanders described the perpetrators as approximately twenty to twenty-five years old, completely dressed in black at the time of the crime.
The criminal investigation department is appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or could provide more information to call them at 0234 909-8505 or -4441 (Criminal Investigation Department).
