Unlawful Acts - A 14-year-old is killed by a sword wielding assailant in London.

A teenager only 14 years old got killed, while several others experienced injuries during a knife incident in London. The police apprehended a man equipped with a sword as a suspect. "This morning's events are just horrible," lamented Chief Superintendent Stuart Bell of Metropolitan Police.

The investigation was still in its initial steps. There was not much clarity on the motivation behind the attack. The authorities ruled out terrorism and a targeted attack as original suspicions.

The teen was rushed to the hospital with multiple stab wounds and eventually succumbed to his injuries. Two police officers had to go through surgery, but they're forecasted to get better. Two others faced less severe injuries as well.

Britain's Prime Minister Rishi Sunak referred to this disturbing event. "My thoughts are with those involved and their loved ones," he said on the X platform (ex-Twitter). He also praised the bravery of rescue workers and police officers for their actions. "There's no place for such brutality on our streets." King Charles III also conveyed his condolences. The palace representative mentioned that the king had instructed them to keep him informed about the incident. The Home Secretary James Cleverly urges people not to conjecture and share disturbing images online. Instead, they should relay significant information to the authorities.

In the morning, the authorities received notifications about a vehicle crashing into a structure, soon followed by several stabbings. Approximately 22 minutes after the police received their first emergency call, a 36-year-old male was detained - Bell confirmed.

The people of London are likely looking for answers regarding this awful event. "We will work diligently to understand what happened, and we will," said Bell. The crime occurred in the north-eastern district of Hainault close to a train station.
